We are not an Estate or Letting Agency. We are solely on the side of the prospective purchaser or tenant! Although we work closely with other professionals, we are completely independent. Our only interest is in making your move as easy and as carefree as possible.

We are well known by all the local estate and letting agents. Properties are often offered to us before they are available to the general public. Being one of our clients is considered a recommendation in itself and enables you to be ahead of the market.

Fees are set in accordance with the recommendations of the Association of Relocation Agents. Our services are tailor-made to individual client requirements, and any extra costs which may be incurred are agreed in advance. This ensures clients can accurately budget for all of their relocation costs.
